How do my calls get to you? |

In order to answer calls on existing business or residence lines, customers must forward their phones to the answering service. The call forwarding feature is needed from your local phone company.
If you do not have a business number, you can use one of Professional Answering Service's numbers. The number can be used on letterhead, business cards and advertising |

How do I get my account information to you? |

Account information is collected via fax. A service order is filled out with appropriate account information. Under normal circumstances, service can begin within 24 hours. Payment must be received before service can start. |

Where are my calls answered? |

All calls are answered at the office of Professional Answering Service, Inc. No calls are transferred out of state. If customers have questions or problems, they can visit and talk with individuals face to face. |

Is there a contract involved? |

There are no written contracts required to begin service. If Professional Answering Service, Inc. determines that a written agreement would be best for service to begin, a contract will be issued. |

How soon can I get started? |

Usually service can start within 24 hours after account information has been entered and payment has been received. On more complex accounts, start up time will be discussed and covered on an individual basis. |

Will my callers be put on hold? |

Unfortunately hold time is a necessary evil in the answering service business. Professional Answering Service, Inc. has 38 years of call history and staffing is based on that history. At times, it may be necessary to ask a caller to wait. |
