Account information is collected via fax. A service order is filled out with appropriate account information. Under normal circumstances, service can begin within 24 hours. Payment must be received before service can start.
All calls are answered at the office of Professional Answering Service, Inc. No calls are transferred out of state. If customers have questions or problems, they can visit and talk with individuals face to face.

There are no written contracts required to begin service. If Professional Answering Service, Inc. determines that a written agreement would be best for service to begin, a contract will be issued.
Usually service can start within 24 hours after account information has been entered and payment has been received. On more complex accounts, start up time will be discussed and covered on an individual basis.
Unfortunately, hold time is unavoidable in the answering service business. Professional Answering Service, Inc. has 38 years of call history and staffing is based on that system. At times, it may be necessary to ask a caller to wait.
Based on the customer’s instructions, messages can be delivered several ways. Messages can be delivered by the operator live to the customer, automated delivery by way of fax or e-mail, and voice mail delivery.
